The existing District of Shelburne’s Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Land Use By-law (LUB) was adopted in 2015. This district-wide plan is limited in scope as the framework for land use policies related to regulating wind turbines in the District of Shelburne. It also addresses locational policies related to developing new municipal roads created through the subdivision process. The review of this planning document is the focus of this project.
